Processing Time

All orders require 5–9 business days for production and fulfillment before they ship. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping

We ship within North America only.

Standard Shipping Rate: Flat rate of $8.99
Free Shipping: Automatically applied on all orders over $59

Once your order ships, delivery within North America typically takes 3–5 business days.

Estimated Delivery Time

Most orders arrive within 8–14 business days total (processing + shipping).

At checkout, you will see an estimated delivery date range based on your location. This includes both production and shipping time.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. You can also view tracking in your account under Order History.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to holidays, high order volume, or carrier delays.
We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled or changed.
